 I have attached a picture of an outfit that my client is looking for. It is a costume for an end of year dance concert for a group of teenage girls. It has Velour Tie Back Mini Dress with Trimmed Embroidered Fabric inset. Lace trimmed sleevlets, velvet hat with embroidered bow. We are looking for the dress to be made from a lycra type material, with velvet/lace trim. My client is looking for the sleevelets, dress and hat only, and not the stick or shoes.
