This product has a design problem. When water goes through the ceramic element faster than the rest of the filter, water overflows/comes out without any filtration. A rubber gasket between upper section of the unit and the lower section could easily prevent this. If you correct the problem, please let me know. Have a great day. I want to receive: Sample Needed .
