Dear Sir Please could your company be used as the company that carried out feasibility study on behalf of Lantor BV Holland on GNPC awarded and executed contract No GNPC/1018-421/EDD of 2007 now ready for payment by the New Government. The payable amount of the total contract is $150million but our agreement with Lantor is that 10% of the total contract sum amounting to $15million will be paid to awarding committee through our nominated company. You participation is risk free and you will be entitled to 30% of the $15milliom. We please need your cooperation in this regards.
