Dear Sirs! We are the Russian company “Engineering Systems” LLC. At present we are interested in rubber injection machines and the molds. We would like you to make us the commercial offer for the Machine and the Mold to produce the items from mechanical rubber material (mixture of lump and synthetic rubber) Item dimensions: diameter- 15-30mm, length – 90-95 mm, volume of item – 35cm2 material – mechanical rubber compositions with hardness number 46- 72 shore: IRP-1346, IRP-1347, IRP-1348 (Standard №38-005-1166-98), IRP-1315 (Standard №25-046-00152081-2003), 13-240 (Standard № 2512-012-00149297-2004) Russian Standards. The material used must be elastic (because this machine is for removing feathers from birds, so the material used must be elastic enough not to damage the bird’s carcass).The material must be resistant to 80° C. Please take a careful look at the material that must be used. It must be natural rubber.
