There full size is in protected boxes. At this moment we can offer a direct stock With description: for all Resistivity >0.5ohm-cm, Thickness >550um ) 1. 1000Kg of: Mix bare and Patterned Broken Wafers, P-Type (and about 5% N- Type are mixed in 3 different Barrel) 2. 2000kg Mixed broken wafers (bare Copper and patterned) P-Type 3. 1300Kg of Bare copper Wafers, P-Type, 200mm full size The bare wafers are coated monocrystal manly gray and copper.
