Dear Sir, We are a leading hardfacing company in India and manufacture a lot of components for the concrete pumps using chromium carbide hardfacing. We have been facing a lot of problems with this mtrl. and the lifetime is very short and are looking to use Tungsten carbide inserts for the application. Please quote to us your lowest prices for inserts for putzmeister make spectacle plate and wear ring tungsten carbid einserts along with the procedure for brazing the same on the main steel part. Also in case you are able to supply the complete spectacle plate and wear ring, kindly submit your lowest offer for both the components. Our initial requirement would be approx. 50 sets a month and gradually increase it based upon the feasibility with the end users.
